JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 18.09.2019, issued by the Circle Officer, Minapur, Muzaffarpur, whereby and where under the Caste Certificate of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018 has been cancelled, however, in view of the fact that a Caste Scrutiny Committee is already existing in the State of Bihar, in terms of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Kumari Madhuri Patil & Anr. vs. Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development & Ors., reported in (1994) 6 SCC 241, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances before the Bihar State Caste Scrutiny Committee, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.
