2. The argument of Mr. P.N. Shahi, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner was also made in the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Diary No.) 50125 of 2023 preferred by the petitioner in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the aforesaid S.L.P. in limine and has not granted any relief to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner cannot reiterate the same grounds which were considered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the S.L.P. stage and the aforesaid S.L.P. was dismissed.

4. This review application is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand).
