2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.602 of 2023, registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, the informant along with his friend were going on their bike. When they reached Bagodar More, total nine criminals on three motorcycles came there and snatched their bike and mobile phones.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence but due to village politics he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36002 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 has been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused Manish Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. X, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.602 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
