JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08/10/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on confessional statement of co accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that neither recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
