Petitioner has been made accused in a case registered under sections 354 (A) (C) (D), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the I.T. Act on the accusation that he used to tease and blackmail the informant who was earlier his student. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that all sections are bailable in nature but even then the learned court below rejected prayer for bail of the petitioner. It is further pointed out that, as a matter of fact, present case has been brought by the informant at the behest of rival group of the petitioner with an intent to malign the image of institution of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
