2. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to make necessary corrections in para-3 of this application.

3. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had love affair with the informant and made physical relation with her on the pretext to solemnize marriage but lastly refuse to marry with her.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

6. Learned counsel for the informant acceded to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.452 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
