JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Sitamarhi P.S.Case No.362 of 2012 registered under sections 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 5, 6 and 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
