The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.40 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
