JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(1)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 958 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
