The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, dated 27.02.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act. According to the F.I.R., the petitioner had sent somebody else to write in an examination in his place. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the
