====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Perused the explanation of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram. The explanation submitted by him is not at all satisfactory. The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to be careful in future in compliance of the Court's order ensuring the attendant of the witnesses as the report itself suggests that no specific efforts were made for ensuring the attendance of the witnesses which is highly deprecated.

With the aforesaid observation, the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses for early disposal of the case.
