The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.251 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR and the statement of the victim who is minor as recorded by the Magistrate under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

In case, the trial is not concluded within six months from
