JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for initiating encroachment proceedings with regard to the land situated at Mauza Mohaudinagar, Thana No. 92, Khata No. 119, Khesra No. 181/182, being in nature of Gairmazarua Aam land, however, since the respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the said land in question have been entered in Chakbandi Khatiyan in the name of Gopi Mahto, by an order passed by the Settlement Officer in Appeal Case No. 24/A/2018, and accordingly, Khata No. 103(Ka) has been created in favour of the said Gopi Mahto as also rent receipts are being issued, the Ld.
