The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

2908 liters & 800 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from Hywa Truck, which is alleged to have been sold to this petitioner by the registered owner of the truck namely Shishu Kumar.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail
