The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2014 arising out of Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 for the offences registered under Section 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner was trying to commit rape with her minor daughter, namely, Amrita Kumari while she was sleeping but the wife of the petitioner saw and raised alarm.

It appears that the victim was not examined and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1942 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 only attempt was made to outrage the modesty of Amrita Kumari for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2014 arising out of Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014.
