2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- I. For quashing the categorization of Bahulya Varg as OBC in advertisement being palpably wrong and defective. II. For quashing the order of appointment of Respondent Sunita Kumari being wrong and illegal inasmuch as based on such wrong advertisement.

III. For quashing the impugned order dated 13.02.2017/06.042017 passed by the DPO in Appeal No. 2 of 2017 being illegal, arbitrary, wrong, void and unconstitutional

Patna High Court CWJC No.11372 of 2018(5) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 besides being wholly contrary to the survey done by the respondent.

IV. For directing the respondents to make the appointment of petitioner under Mahadalit Quota.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed her appeal before the District Magistrate, Patna, but till date, no order has been passed.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the counter affidavit, it transpires that Anganbari Appeal No.95 of 2017 relating to the petitioner has been pending before the District Magistrate, Patna.

5. In light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the District Magistrate, Patna to pass final order in Anganbari Appeal No.95 of 2017, if not passed within 60 days from the date of production of the order before him.
