It appears that vide order dated 06.12.2021, the application with regard to petitioner no. 4, namely Binod Chouhan, has already permitted to be withdrawn and this application is now restricted to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 namely Sumitra Devi, Lakhan Chouhan and Mina Devi, respectively. The petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
