29.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Salkhua (Banma Ithari) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2013 (S.Tr. No. 112 of 2014) registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Saharsa.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
