2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner started doing business with the truck of the informant on monthly payment of Rs.1.30 lacs. Said truck was stolen later on. Informant suspects that the petitioner committed theft of the said truck.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nemdarganj Police Station Case No. 08/2024.
