Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.09.2015 in a case registered against unknown for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced and he made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
