The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.08.2020, seeks bail in connection with Kako P. S. Case No. 151 of 2020 dated 01.08.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. The recovery of the ATM from the petitioner has wrongly been saddled upon him.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P. S. Case No. 151 of 2020.
The petition stands allowed.
