JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The matter relates to the bouncing of the cheque of Rs.4,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay the amount but the amount be fixed to be paid in installments. It is submitted that the first installment would be paid within fifteen days from the date of his release on provisional bail to the extent of Rs.1.5/- lac. The second installment will be paid within two months at the end of two months worth Rs.1.5/- lac and, thereafter after two months he will pay Rs.1/-. The learned counsel for the informant has no

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on interim bail for five months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj(Rohtas), in Bikramganj P.S.Case No.150/14 subject to the condition that after fifteen days of his release he will deposit Rs.1.5/- lac in S.B.A/c. No.31258122209 of State Bank of India, Bikramganj Branch, Branch Code No.3616, in the name of Sanjay Kumar and after two months from the said date he will pay Rs.1/- lac in the same Account and on the payment of the said Rs.4/- lacs to the satisfaction of the trial court, the trial court itself confirm the bail of the petitioner.
