2. This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the office.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 27.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52387 of 2023, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Son of Rameshwar Sharma, Resident of village-Bela, P.S.-Basantpur, Dist.-Siwan" in place of "Son of Binda Sharma, Resident of village-Danapur, P.S.-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45544 of 2024(5) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 Manjhagarh, Distt.-Gopalganj".

4. In view of the above, let the address of the petitioner, in the cause title of the aforesaid order-sheet, be read as "Son of Binda Sharma, Resident of village-Danapur, P.S.- Manjhagarh, Distt.-Gopalganj" in place of "Son of Rameshwar Sharma, Resident of village-Bela, P.S.- Basantpur, Dist.-Siwan".

5. In view of the above, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/surrendering before the Court concerned.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 27.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52387 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
