ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under sections 366 (A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in terms of the direction of the Hon'ble Apex Court of which the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, Gaya, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
