In view of the fact that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State respondents showing that, as far as the alleged involvement of sister, brother-in-law and uncle of the deceased is concerned, nothing incriminating has been found against them and that the investigation will take some time, this writ petition is closed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so
