JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 The contractual services of the petitioner has been dispensed with by the respondent District Health Society, Patna. Mr. Sinha, appearing for the petitioner, submits that in terms of State Health Society letter dated 22.1.2016 bearing No. 552 the petitioner has approached the appellate authority against the order terminating his contract in appeal. The appeal of the petitioner has been pending since February 2019. Counsel for the respondent society submits that he has instruction that the matter has been heard on some dates. Manner in which the respondents are dragging their feet is undesirable. Appeal of the petitioner, which has been pending for the last about seven months, ought to be disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11348 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 expeditiously and without any undue delay. The Court, therefore, would fix a reasonable time frame for disposal of the appeal by respondent No. 2. The same be done within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
