JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2021 Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, dated 16.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32333 of 2020(2) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 deceased.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the accusation against them is absolutely general and omnibus.
The husband of the deceased has already surrendered to the process of law.
Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eights weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
