The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 47182 of 2012. This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. A report was called for from the trial Court regarding the stage of the case, the same is at flag 'A'. It has been reported that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is at verge of end.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected. The trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt or production of this order.
