Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.Case No.6 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law is that they were assaulting the daughter of the informant, who is deaf and dump.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32033 of 2019(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 petitioners and the husband is in custody . They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

In this case in spite of appearance of the O.P.no.2 by filing Vakalatnama, no body appears on behalf of O.P.no.2. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.Case No.06 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
