Taking into consideration that cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least at this stage and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.647 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7794 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 the same as early as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
