2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 341 of 2025, registered under Sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that the informant was kidnapped by Golu Thakur. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation as one of the person who assisted in the kidnapping. Case seems to be arising out of love relationship between the petitioner and victim and there is no allegation of any forceful sexual relationship.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Moreover, the thrust of allegation is against one Golu Thakur who has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33238 of 2026 The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as informant have vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Counsel for the informant has stated that the girl was minor and there is no question of she being a relationship as she is below the age of consent.

6. Considering the age of the petitioner and also that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Golu Thakur, has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench, this bail application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Darbhanga/concerned court below in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 341 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is
