Petitioner is accused in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 registered under Sections 305(B) and 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of niece of the informant by her husband and in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.09.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9461 of 2016 (3) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
