JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27-11-2015 on the accusation that he, along with others, assaulted the informant, snatched his ATM card, withdrew the amount from the account of the informant and also took his signature on some documents. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant filed this case against the petitioner as there was enmity between the parties and much prior to the institution of the present case, the prosecution party lodged two cases against the petitioner and others.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7272 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S.
