Patna High Court L.P.A No.792 of 2018(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-07-2019 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the only prayer made is that the costs imposed were not warranted on the facts of the case as the appellant was pursuing his bonafide litigation. The learned Single Judge has recorded a finding that the appellant had continued to run his business even after the expiry of the period of contract which fact could not be disputed by him, and it is thereafter that costs were imposed. We are of the opinion that the costs appear to be on the higher side keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case which we hereby reduce to Rs.25,000/- only. The order of the learned Single Judge imposing costs stands modified accordingly.

Disposed of.
