JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 The present petition has been filed in order to correct the name of the father of the petitioner, as mentioned in the order dated 26.07.2012 passed in CWJC No. 13291 of 2012 at serial no. 46 to the extent that the husband name has been wrongly written therein as Niranjan Kumar Dubey whereas it should have been the father's name of the petitioner herein i.e. Niranjan Sharma. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken note of.

The petition stands disposed off.
