Versus
1. The State of Bihar
2. Aarti Kumari, wife of Pankaj Kumar Chaudhary, daughter of Jay Chandra Mishra, resident of village- Thalwar, P.S.- Ashok Paper Mill, District- Darbhanga .... .... Opposite Parties ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner : Mr. Girish Chandra Jha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Umeshlal Verma, APP For the O.P.no. 2 : Mr. Manish Kumar no. 13, Advocate : Mr. Rohit Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the earlier order passed by this Court directing the petitioner to surrender and take regular bail with a direction to the S.D.J.M. to negotiate and try to solve the matrimonial dispute between the parties, the matter before this Court has now come to an end. The implication of the earlier order is that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. no. 17120 of 2015 had been disallowed and he was directed to surrender before the S.D.J.M. The directions which followed in the aforementioned order was to the S.D.J.M. to add in course thereof. It appears that the petitioner has come here seeking modification of the directions passed by this Court earlier,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7874 of 2016 (3) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 however, from the facts and circumstances and the developments which have taken place in the Court below, I find that the present application is wholly misconceived.
It is accordingly rejected.
