The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 292 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner assaulted the son of the informant by knife and bhujali. Nature of injury shows (1) stab wound 1"x1/2"x cavity deep over left side and chest wall bellow rib, (2) incised wound 2"x1/2" over left side of neck, (3) stab wound 1/2"x1/3"x cavity deep on left back, (4) stab wound 1/2"x1/3"x cavity deep below and (5) stab wound 1/2"x 1/4"x cavity deep left elbow. The injury is said to be grievous in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
