JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were caught by the police officials when they were carrying some cattles on a truck and after that, the present case was registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(d) ( F) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners are in jail custody since 01.01.2016, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief
