The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner in an inebriated condition assaulted the informant with lathi, as a result of which, hand of informant was broken.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that informant and petitioner are full brothers and residing in the same ancestral house having separate kitchen. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date of occurrence, the informant forcibly took some milk from the petitioner after he finished milking his cow and on protest being made by petitioner and his wife, they were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42822 of 2021(4) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 badly beaten by informant and others. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P) P.S.
