Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased who was allegedly done to dowry death but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased died of her ailment and after cremation, informant lodged this case with ulterior motive. Moreover, husband of the deceased has already been remanded to judicial custody whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 17.1.2016 and in course of investigation some witnesses stated that deceased died of her ailment.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Barun P.S. Case no. 146/2015.
