Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 31.03.2022 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner. Today by way of filing supplementary affidavit, counsel submits that the compliance of the said order has been made by virtue of affidavit filed today.

The direction that was given to the Transport Department has also been complied with, report is attached in this case.

In the present facts and circumstances, let the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.03.2022 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 692 of 2020 is hereby confirmed.
