JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 781 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25 (1-B)/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On search one loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly 9 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
