The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 498(A) and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to blackmailing nature of the informant and provocation of enemies of the petitioner's family. Further submission is that earlier petitioner has lodged a case against the informant. Petitioner has no criminal history. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.43369 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.
