JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail custody since 09.12.2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 419, 471, 472, 477 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The cheque, in question, was deposited in the account of the petitioner and subsequently the amount was transferred to the account of Deepak Prasad @ Deepak Kumar and from the account of Deepak Prasad the amount was withdrawn, which is evident from perusal of para 41 of the case diary. Deepak Prasad has already been granted privilege of bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.2530 of 2015. Accordingly, the petitioner, Mahesh Kumar Jha, is
