The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which informant and his daughter-in-law sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 19 days without any cogent reason. It is further submitted that both the parties

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S.
