Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 308 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Nepla @ Nepali is alleged to have pointed out pistol on temporal region but there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner.

Having considered the fact that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2014 the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Madhepura in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 412 of 2013.
