JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 12.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that victim has already returned to his home and in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. victim stated that prior to his kidnapping petitioners were talking with driver of one maruti car and except the aforesaid material, there appear to be nothing against the petitioners, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
