KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-03-2020 Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(A) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order/s direction/s commanding the Respondent Authorities to construct the boundary wall of Bargania Electric Supply Sub-Division after leaving at least four feet of land i.e. from Khata No. 849, Khesra No. 39 to Khata No. 759, Khesra No. 31 having an area of 157.3 (130 x 1.21 mt.) sq.ft. for pre-existing road falling within Khata No. 40, Khesra No.

40, Thana No. 8, Thana Sheohar and Bairgania, Circle Bairgania, Sitamadhi, as the locals have also left four feet so as to allow continued existence of an 8 feet road which, if constructed would choke not only the adjacent populace but also a sizeable Mahadalit settlement almost adjacent to it.
