In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.322 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D), 420, 373, 374 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 6 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Office Act. As per the claim, heinous sexual assault has been made by four persons including the present petitioner one by one. Looking to the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from today. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
