Petitioner and some others were caught in objectionable condition from the flat of co-accused Mahesh Kumar Rajak for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 4.1.2016. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, petitioner appears to be a customer.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
